There is a secret shop that you will gain access to after getting max mastery on all fruits

Right naw there is no level cap and if you reach the last island there is a machine that lets you make enemies as strong as you wont and more fun stuff at the end of the game.

Also just to note there are some glitches with water and land texures so some of the water can be land but the sand can be water!
