Every round there should be a random chance to choose a game mode for the round it would keep players playing for longer and enjoy it more.

make the gens further from the medkits it keeps making me open gen instead of using medkit

Make it give a small reward when you do something that helps the team out like a stunning, healing, completing a gen in under a specific time so it encourages survivors to do this stuff and for monsters' reward them for killing it would be a great feature.
