Mine a gem

-Go into the caves and mine gems
-Come back out and sell them for money
-Use your money and buy better pickaxes to mine better gems
-Use your money to buy better lanterns to get deeper into the caves, where the better gems are
-Find the best gems and show them off in your display cases
-Get all the gems and make the best discoveries
