Create a game on All Out called Assassins Target. Players take contracts through a burner phone and earn money and reputation. Higher ranks unlock harder missions better weapons and upgrades. The higher your rank the more citizens recognise you and report you to police. Police can chase you and if caught you go to jail and fail the mission. Players can use a box disguise to avoid recognition. Include different weapons speed upgrades and dynamic mission rewards.
